The theme for Katana was a combination of bushido and yakitori,

I used a surrealism angle, converting various yakitori (meats) into lively animals and creatures,

each representing a different samurai.

The “samurais” are joyfully munching on the yakitori on the conveyor belt.

I created the mural through multi-dimensional angles to give it a more trendy and hip feeling,

enriching the artwork.

The mural at last was left with only one samurai;

but with more time given,

the mural could have been more accurately presented.
